End User License Agreement.
These terms govern the use of SAD-B-D-M-T — Specialized Android Diagnostic, Backup and Device Management Tool.
Effective date: June 7, 2026
1. License grant
Subject to this agreement, the developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use authorized compiled copies of SAD-B-D-M-T. The software may be used for personal, educational, technical-support, repair-shop, carrier-support, and other professional diagnostic workflows.
2. Closed-source software
SAD-B-D-M-T is proprietary closed-source software. The source code, Visual Studio project files, internal development materials, and build scripts are not provided as part of the end-user license and are not offered for public download.
3. Restrictions
Except where applicable law does not permit a restriction, you may not:
- copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code;
- remove or alter product names, copyright notices, license notices, or attribution notices;
- sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially redistribute the software as a standalone product;
- distribute modified copies, unofficial installers, or repackaged builds;
- use the software for unauthorized access, unlawful surveillance, data theft, or any other illegal activity.
4. Authorized distribution
Obtain SAD-B-D-M-T only from an official distribution location approved by the developer. Sharing an official unmodified installer may be permitted only when the developer clearly authorizes that distribution method. Modified or unofficial builds are not authorized.
5. Device access and backups
SAD-B-D-M-T can interact with Android devices through Android Debug Bridge after the device owner or authorized operator enables USB debugging and grants access. You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to access the connected device. Back up important files before performing troubleshooting or repair work.
6. Diagnostic reports and personal data
You are responsible for reviewing diagnostic reports, ZIP packages, logs, and backups before sharing them. Use privacy redaction when appropriate and send files only to trusted recipients who need them for a legitimate support purpose.
7. Third-party components
SAD-B-D-M-T may work with separately licensed third-party components, including Android SDK Platform Tools and Android Debug Bridge. Those components remain governed by their respective licenses and notices. This agreement does not replace third-party license terms.
8. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAD-B-D-M-T is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The software does not guarantee that a device problem can be diagnosed, repaired, or recovered. Hardware failures, damaged storage, unstable firmware, manufacturer restrictions, and other conditions may limit the available results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for data loss, device damage, lost profits, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the installation or use of the software.
10. Updates and changes
The developer may add, remove, or modify features and may update these terms for future releases. The applicable agreement is the version presented with or published for the software release you use.
11. Termination
This license ends automatically if you violate this agreement. When the license ends, stop using the software and remove unauthorized copies in your possession or control.
12. Entire agreement
This EULA is the agreement between you and the developer concerning your licensed use of SAD-B-D-M-T and supersedes prior statements about end-user licensing for the software.
